  • Bachelor of Law, University of the United Arab Emirates (with honors)
  • Diploma in  Judicial Studies, National Center for Judicial Studies, Arab Republic of Egypt (with honors)
  • General Law Diploma, Arab Republic of Egypt ( good grade)
  • Master of Law, Arab Republic of Egypt, with a very good grade titled "Non-Judicial Means in the Settlement of Commercial Disputes", Arbitration, Reconciliation and Reconciliation.
  • Doctorate degree in Constitutional and Criminal Law from Cairo University, 2013 through a research titled "Constitutional controls for criminalization, punishment and trial", a comparative study with an excellent estimate

Practical Experiences

  • Judge and Vice-President of the Criminal Court from 11/11/1986 to 22/2/1998
  • Member of the Arab Committee for the Unification of Legislation of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice, participating in the preparation of a set of draft Arab Model Laws
  • Continuing at the State Council as Secretary General, appointed by  the Royal Decree No. 4/98 of 22 February 1998
  • Chairman of the Committee for the consideration of appeals on tax linkage decisions since 2004 to date
  • Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Omani-Chinese Friendship Society and Secretary General of the Association
 

Other activities and contributions

  • Headed and participated in several committees that were commissioned to prepare draft laws in the Sultanate
  • Participated in many Arab and international conferences and specialized committees
  • Studied the introduction of the law and the rules of causation in the courses prepared for prosecutors and prosecutors in the Sultanate
  • Obtained the Amman Civil Medal of the third degree
